WESTERN CLOTHES & FASHION IS HALAL(lawful) FOR MUSLIMS TO WEAR

.Sheikh “Muhammad Abduh” (1849-1905) the Head of the Islamic Verdict body (mufti) in Egypt & most Islamic countries in his time was asked by a muslim living in Europe if it is halal to wear a hat & western or indigenous costumes & dresses which maybe different than the normal traditional clothes styles in his muslim country based on that it is said that muslims should not resemble non muslims .The Sheikh answered saying that wearing a hat or a kind of moderate non obscene clothes styles relevant & pertinent to the climate & country or society in which a muslim lives is not at all wrongful & is not deemed at all as a resemblance to non muslims.
